media buyer

Noah Matthew Taylor

Recruited from college to a large Seattle newspaper, Noah learned print media. Ready to learn other aspects of the industry, he moved onto a fortune 500 direct marketing company to learn direct mail. He fell in love with direct response and direct mail at Advo, Inc. There, he was able to learn media extensively in all of its various forms; Cable, TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor, and Digital.

Noah soon found a small start-up company in San Diego, California and spent the next four and a half years growing that company into what it is today; a thriving direct response coupon book. He quickly became the number one sales rep. based on two simple philosophies "Don't sell ink and paper let customers purchase marketing solutions and become an indespensable part of their marketing team." At the height of the coupon publication the company was doing 6 million in sales with 20 sales reps and Noah was bringing in over 1 million in sales by himself. While working at the coupon publication, he met his wife and business partners. People call him "the idea guy" but he says "the best idea he ever had was marrying Tori Salazar." He brings to TNT Marketing and Design his analytical skills, business acumen, customer service, and passion for marketing. With over 13 solid years of sales and marketing experience in consumer goods and business services he is ready and excited to help your business succeed.

Tori Salazar Taylor

Tori attended Cal State University Fullerton, where she studied art and graphic design. She worked full time as well as being a full time student. She paid her way through school by starting her Account Executive career at Comp USA working on site at Cedar Sinai Medical Center in Hollywood.

After college she was recruited by Hershey Foods Corporation to become an outside sales representative. The job required her to relocate from Walnut, California, where she grew up, to San Diego and at the age of 21 it was her opportunity to become established in the corporate world. She was responsible for increasing brand recognition and market share in the Central San Diego area and in a short period of time became number 2 in her district.

Later a head hunter from K.V. Pharmaceutical would call her and was interested in meeting with her. She flew to St. Louis, Missouri for an extensive interview and was offered the position of Professional Sales Representative, where she would now be responsible for increasing brand recognition and increased prescriptions in all of San Diego County.

She had gained an extensive knowledge of marketing products to businesses and physicians but had yet experienced how it would be to market a product directly to the consumer. It was a challenge that she sought out. When she accepted the position as an account executive at a coupon book she didn’t realize it was one that would change her life. There she met her husband and business partner, Noah Matthew Taylor. Marketing is their passion and together with Heather Wood the puzzle came together and TNT Marketing and Design was formed.

Heather Wood

Drawing and writing became a passion when Heather was a child growing-up in Minnesota. From that point forward it was clear that she would pursue a career in the creative field.

Heather has over 17 years of experience in the marketing and graphic design fields. After she graduated from South Dakota State University with a degree in Journalism and Marketing she moved to Minneapolis to start her career in printing and graphic design.

Her big move would be in March of 1999 when she accepted a job working for Graham Webb in Carlsbad, CA. Heather was hired as a Senior Designer for the 52 million dollar Back to Basics hair care line. She was in charge of designing all packaging, print and collateral materials for the entire line. The job also gave her the opportunity to direct model and product photo shoots.

From there she accepted a position as the Creative Director at a coupon book in San Diego, CA. Heather was instrumental in the growth and success of the Magazine for over 5 years. She was responsible for a team of designers that maintained a client base of over 600 advertisers a month.

After having a family, Heather decided it would be an incredible adventure to partner and start TNT Marketing and Design. Her extensive experience in working in various advertising mediums makes her a valuable, creative asset to the company.
